Hi I'm Danni, I am a Level 3 NASM Qualified Personal Trainer.

In my 47 years I have experienced many things including becoming a Mum, juggling work with family life. I know how it feels to go to a gym, feeling self-conscious, nervous, not knowing what to do or what to expect.

Everyone, young or "old" can achieve their personal goals. Whether that be to tone-up and lose some weight. To feel good wearing a bikini on holiday. Or preparing for your Wedding or Special Even. Even to compete in a Marathon or even to pull a Fire Engine!

Anything can be achieved through a carefully planned training plan.A plan designed just for you, with my help, we can do this together.

GROUP TRAINING

Similarly to personal training, I still need to know the individuals I train in groups.

Group Training delivers a mote holistic results based approach, it will not be bespoke but does take the individuals goals into consideration.

Clients may group together for support and may move on to bespoke individual plans.

Wedding and Special Events

Individualised packages to get you ready for that special event are available. If you are getting married or have an important event that you want to feel and look the best you can possibly be!

The packages are Individual bespoke fitness and body shaping programs, optional nutritional guidance and support designed to meet the deadlines. Some Couples may want to work together, that can be accommodated no problem at all!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Working one to one with my clients, I need to know about you, what are your Aims? Goals? Aspirations? What you like and importantly what you don't like.

From that I design a bespoke plan, just for you. We work together and regularly review your progress. All to make sure that we are on track and make any changes when needed.
